There are only a few spots left in Pratt Center’s EnergyFit NYC pilot. If you are a homeowner of an attached, masonry, gas-heated one or two unit home built before 1930 you may be eligible to receive $5200 or more in home improvements designed to save you money and energy as well as improve the comfort and health of your home.
