Daikin Altherma in Brownstone? Any stories?

Looking to run A/C in our townhouse as well as upgrade the heat from Hydronic baseboard to radiators. Came across the Daikin Altherma 3 in 1 system (heat, hot water, A/C) aka “magic box” Looks very cool and even though it’s expensive it appears to come in cheaper than replacing boilers, new plumbing for radiators and A/C together. It’s rather new technology so not a great deal of info on it with brooklyn towhouses. I read online the passive house used this system as it can be intergrated with solar down the line.  Does anyone have this system in Brooklyn? They say the overall montly costs are cheaper than gas but I’m looking for real life experiences.
