Boiler Maintenance Plan

Has anyone used Downtown Plumbing from Hicks Street? I see they have a heating maint. plan listed on website…..has anyone used them or any other company for this? I have a gas boiler for steam heat in a 3 family rowhouse.

I keep a maintenance contract on our forced hot air furnace and ac system. I’m pretty sure it’s a good idea on any heating/cooling system.
