Under Deck Planting Box Suggestions

30″ tall planters plus tall plants? You really do not like your tenants! Tenants need light & air.

Looking to create a soft barrier between our tenants under deck area and our space out in the main yard.

I’m using metallic planters that are about 10” deep, 38” wide, and 30” tall. I’d like to plant something full and tall in there, but there’s not a lot of light to support the growth.

Can anyone suggest a plant that could fit the bill AND be hardy enough to winter over?
