Trash & Recycling Bin Recommendations

Everything worked out great. Wanted to report back. Bought Brute cans. We used a White Mean Streaks Marker and stencils from Target to write the numbers and street name on the can. We used larger numbers and smaller letters so the street name lined up under the numbers. The Mean Streaks marker was a bit goopy and hard to work with (no fine lines). If you like the crayon look it’s works well. My friend also recommended Uni- Posca markers which come in more colors. The hardware store also suggested Krylon Paint markers. We used 12″ plastic ties to secure the lids to the cans (2 loops for each can/lid). I think stainless steel ties may be more secure but hopefully people won’t steal those lids.
