From what aspect?
All of my buildings have been no smoking buildings for years now. New tenants have chosen mine over others because of it.
Insurance companies these days all ask if it is a no smoking building; I am not sure if I get a better break for it. But it is certainly better for many reasons… less of a paint job between tenants… no smelly hallways etc.
