I have a corner pedestal sink, large pedestal sink and a nice wall mounted toilet. The sinks are both Thomas Maddocks and Son’s from Trenton New Jersey later purchased ( 1929 ) by American Standard. The larger pedestal sink is stamped 1904. Both sinks are in good condition considering they’re over 100 years old. The toilet is a Douglas Leader and approximately 100yrs old. If you have any interest the corner sink is $550, larger pedestal sink is $600 and the toilet is $400. I didn’t have any real trouble using a. c c. 1910 pedestal sink in my house I wish O had the 1899 original, but the late ‘20s replacement was in awful shape. FWIW I have the original low tank toilet. The first time I needed a new ball coco the plumber had to search for a NOS one with a long enough tail piece. The second time he had a longer tail peace welded onto a modern replacement. The third time the plumber found that a new plastic replacement fit fine.

Kevin and Richard’s have most of the parts you would need to install the toilet. There is a secret to installing wall mounted toilets that I found most plumbers don’t know. The key when installing the elbow to the tank and bowl is to wrap the pipe at the connection with a heavy thread that has been coated with Teflon paste. The thread should wrap in the same direction as the nut will tighten. The thread is available at a good plumbing supply. The washer provided with the elbow always leaks. The guts to the toilet can be found at a Home Depot or an old school one can be ordered online. Alfonso plumbing supply ( it closed after many years ) had all the old valves and washers. I’m not sure where you can find them now.

As I mentioned earlier, after years of first searching for C a NOS ballcock, with a long tailpiece and then having a modern brass ballcock modified to fit the most recent plumber I used (Stanley Lewis) found that a modern plastic combination ballcock and flapper valve fit just fine. This might be sacrilege to purists, but the thing doesn’t show and works much better the original.
