Our coop is considering allowing one or more wireless companies (Verizon, ATT etc) to install a rooftop setup (mini-tower) on our roof. We know there are companies that claim they’ll market your roof to all the carriers so we’re wondering if the best way to go is with a company like that or to try and contact the carriers ourselves. Anyone have any experience in this area?

Unless your building is a minimum of 6+ stories and off of major avenue good luck getting a cell contract today in Brooklyn, that market was swallowed up years ago by most major carriers and owners that have those contracts wont let them go easily..
