Renter and Landlord Attorney Recomendations

Sounds expensive. Most people download or buy in Staples the Blumberg lease form. But hiring an attorney can insure that you have all the other essentials such as lead rider etc. The Blumberg is the “standard” nyc apartment lease. I signed these for decades before buying, and should surprise no one.

I am looking for a real estate attorney to create a lease and rider for a 1 bedroom garden apartment that we are renting out in our home as well as needing someone to help negotiate a commercial real estate lease from the tenant side.

Anyone have any recommendations for someone who can either do both or specializes in one of the above?
