Recommendations for fixing cracks in exterior concrete walls beautifully?

Concrete walls crack. Sometimes it is important to patch but sometimes it isn’t. Patching requires someone skilled — an artist to blend perfectly — and a technician to understand the cause of the crack (thermal, structural, chemical etc) and to patch it correctly. Does anyone know someone really good who can evaluate whether cracks need to be fixed and who can repair them so they don’t look patched? Thank you for any advice.
