Recommendation to Install Fire Sprinkler System
There are lots of related expenses. You need an architect who knows the code & will probably have to upgrade your water main. You can find companies who are willing to work with you to keep costs low but they’ll be pretty high regardless.

Need recommendations for a master plumber or fire suppression contractor to install a sprinkler system in a Brooklyn brownstone. Affordability is top priority.

noob:
there are a whole bunch of companies that do this – we used Allstate for our inspections and i think they did some repairs for us at a building i worked at and i liked them. here is the problem with “affordability” with something like this; it all has to be done to the same code and these businesses have the same overhead because they carry the same insurance and have to pay their people pretty much the same with the same progressive worker protections that we expect workers in a modern country be given. no way around it. and the owner has to make something on top of that or he or she would be better off flipping hamburgers at McDonalds.
be aware that if you make price the over riding priority on any job, you will scare a lot of contractor’s off.
