You can fight it but unless the taxes are hundred of thousands of dollars, no law firm will bother. You can also fight it yourself, but it’s an uphill battle.

Hello I am looking for a real estate lawyer, our property tax has jumped considerably when we changed our cofo from a SRO to a 3 family plus commercial building and would like to know if this is something we can fight. Thank you
