Hi, we have noticed few rats coming from other yards into ours. Either they squeeze under the fence and I have noticed they have a hole at the end of the yard. we are think what can we do about the fence but not sure how to seal it. whats the best way to deal with this? anyone can also recommend a good exterminator?

It is best to get the whole block organised to treat all the yards together.
Rats burrow, climb even leap. So treating yours alone will not do much.
