After much interviewing, time and being in court, I have decided to address the violation on my landmark exterior with patching as opposed to a complete renovation. I am looking for a reliable contractor who will do good patching work without pushing for the $85,000 (minimum) it would cost for a complete renovation. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
