Our neighbor (brownstone next to ours) lives with several cats next to us and does not seem to clean. The catsmell comes through our crawlspace and through the vents which are in the shared wall. We already put foam around the beam but the odeur still is there. Can anyone recommend how to isolate shared walls/ how to keep the odeur in the neighbors house? Thanks
