Neighbor's Damage Can we use our own contractor
Did you consult with your own insurance co? If you’re paying for it out of pocket, and the insurance company isn’t, I would think any licensed, insured contractor you, the neighbor and the condo board agree on would be acceptable.

Our neighbor’s condo got water damage from our toilet pipe burst. Their insurance’s contractor is asking for really high price. Can we use our own contractor if the difference it huge? Is that legal?
