Recently, the refrigerator stopped chilling. Just in case, I cleaned the coils, but it didn’t help. Are you advised to contact [Sub Zero Repair Co](https://sub-zero-repair-co.com/) , is anyone in the know? I know that repairing appliances Sub Zero is not cheap

I have a 25 year old Sub Zero 600 series. Mr. Appliance fixes them. They are/used to be based in Park Slope or Staten Island. My mother board went out last summer and it was a $600 repair plus $100+ for the service fee. Well worth it for us. I would suggest (if you purchased it new) you can call SubZero/Wolf and register your unit. That way if you need things like shelving, door trays etc, you can still get them.
