Looking to rent/borrow a crimper for cable railing tensioner

I have a 3/16 cable railing on my deck, and a number of cables have slipped out of the crimped tensioners. The crimping tool is quite exensive to buy and I was wondering if anyone knows of a place in the city where I could rent it. Or potentially borrow from someone who owns such thing. I’d appreciate any and all leads. Thank you!

I wouldn’t use that crimper, I think you need a hydraulic crimper.

It has to be able to handle 3/16″ and the tensioners are stainless steel, so I assume it should be hydraulic too. Was hoping to rent, not buy.
