Hi All,

I have a 2 family that needs a complete facelift – new siding, completely new stoop (brick stoop, with finished interior space that serves as foyer/entry into bottom apartment), new fence/gate, new door awnings, etc. I would really like to use as few contractors as possible. Minimum, I want somebody that can do both the siding and stoop. Any recs for this?
