Looking For A Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Guy in Bay Ridge

And just a quick question on split system running costs….

I’ve got a 36K Btu Mitsu inverter unit outside, and three, 12K air handlers inside.

If I’m only running ONE interior air handler (ie: 12k Btu) …

Without considering the on/off effect of the “inverter”…

Is the outside unit using only 1/3 of the rated maximum kWatts/hr to “grab the heat out of the outside air)” ?

Or…

Is the Outside Unit essentially running “full on” (using its maximum rated kWatt/hour) with the air handler essentially limiting the maximum heat delivered at the blower?

I’ve called three of the top 5 Diamond contractors listed at the Mitsubishi site, and either my job was too small or they just were not interested in talking to me about a new split installation.

Can anyone recommend a Mitsubishi guy that is familiar with the H2i Hyper Heat system who would be willing to talk to me about servicing and adding an air handler to an existing system?
