Iron update

Update on this guy who demanded thousands in cash from my wife, then refused to answer emails or the phone and disappeared. We now have department of consumer affairs involved. And trying to contact his insurance provider. So it might get better. In the meantime he sent a poorly written letter ostensibly penned by some flunky lawyer mentioning “libel” – but in the letter he promised to reach out to my wife to discuss a settlement. Which of course he has not done. So this remains a fraud situation. I will continue to warn my friends and neighbors against this Sherman guy from Core Solutions until the matter is resolved. As if we don’t have enough to deal with in a gut renovation.
