Rich @ http://www.forerunnercreations.com/. He just repaired my iron gate, decorative window bars and made some new railings that matched the existing iron work.

He is not cheap, but he is in line with the other decorative ironwork companies in NYC. If you just need a basic fix, such as welding on some missing pieces of metal, as opposed to full restoration, there are cheaper shops who focus on industrial/commercial work, as opposed to restoration of historic ironwork (or reproductions thereof).
