Hide ugly corrugated metal bulkhead for new roof terrace

I think all those ideas sound like good ones. I would consult with a landscaper, perhaps one who specializes in rooftop and container gardens. Biggest issues are wind and irrigation. We are going to be re-doing our roof terrace this spring and want to conceal an ugly corrugated utility structure. The condo board is not interested in putting on all new siding. The building engineer says removing the current cladding and replacing it is a major and a expensive project. So, I was wondering if anyone has creative ideas for hiding/concealing this eyesore. We’ve considered putting a fence or screen directly in front, painting, trellis with ivy. Not sure if there are any better solutions, but would love to hear from other folks.
