He’ll identifying/repairing a light fixture

Hello. I’m hoping someone here might recognize a wall sconce that my wife and I have in our bedroom. One of the individual glass shades recently broke, and we’d like to replace it, but we’ve had no luck figuring out who the manufacturer is or how to obtain replacement parts. (It was there when we moved in.) I’m attaching a picture of the sconce—does anyone know the origin of this fixture? Any leads would be appreciated.
