Ductless permits needed

Thank you! I wonder if you or anyone knows a ductless company which regularly files? I haven’t found one yet.

Do I need to get DOB permits for two 36000 BTU compressors servicing about 7-8 units? Companies have told me different things. I assume if the DOB asks for permits, it’s for a reason. I’d like to do things the right way (with expert sign off from the city if needed).

Fixed mechanical equipment requires filing and permitting, that’s correct. Window units don’t.
