Balcony Repair work needed

Call Jim-Dan-De Iron Works & ask them to take a look. They don’t really sand & paint but they can do repairs / patchwork & are very reasonable. They fabricated a new basement hatch + ladder for us & they were a lot less than other iron works people. They do work for other people I know as well: 718-857-5712

Hi, we have 2 balconies on our building on the 2nd and 3rd floor that need to be sanded down and repainted. They have not been pained since the building was built in 1989 and have some rust. There is also some iron rust and possible patchwork needed on the rail guards. Whom should we hire for this sort of job? I would expect iron works types to be extremely expensive when we just want it patched and repainted/sealed, etc. Perhaps painters are the right hire? Any help would be great. Thanks

If the railings are rusted out and broken you’d need an ironworks. If they’re just rusry a painter could scrape and paint them..
