ADA Bathroom required if apartment renovation in an Elevator Building?

Depends on definition of renovation. If you’re replacing fixtures in existing locations, but not changing the configuration, size, or means of entry, then no, it does not need to be accessible/adaptable. However, changing any of those items, then yes, you do.

Recently want to do renovation of bathroom and add a powder room in apartment in Elevator Building. Do I need to make the bathroom ADA? It is not ADA bathroom right now though.

If you live in a multiple dwelling, you need to be compliant with ANSI A117.1. Yes, you need to be adaptable.
