This came back from something I planted last year. No sign of flowers, so I can’t tell what it is.

I can’t see the photo very well, but a quick guess might be some lillies. They don’t always flower every year. The BBG has a spot on their website about emailing a gardener if you really want to know. You might be able to send the photo and ask them.
