Mosquito Magnet or Dynatrap?

Does anyone have experience with either? Reviews are mixed, but I’m almost willing to drop the $$$$ to see how it goes, because I’m so desperate to find a solution for this summer.

I had absolutely terrible results with both products. What has worked PERFECTLY for me is buying mosquito larvicide pellets and dropping a handful of them down the floor drain on our patio once every two weeks. We went from endless coulds of asian tiger mosquitos in 2010 and 2011 to ZERO mosquitos in 2012\. (And from what friends tell me, 2012 — last year — was the worst of the years.) Bottom line, these mosquitos don’t travel very far — find the source of standing water and either eradicate it or drop larvacide in it.

We have had good results with the mosquito magnet. I am glad my wife made me spend the money this time. I just loadedit up this week with all the rain. My other big bug suggestion is keeping a fan at leg level under the outdoor table.
