Recommending jose for floors...again

I love this guy Jose, spoke to him on the phone, he is very reasonable, though we decided not to refinish our floors in the end. I think normally he’s about $1 or $1.50 a square foot, depending on what needs to be done, right Dave? Re the guy who needs stair help, call Bill at Circular Stairs. They are located on Broadway in Brooklyn. He is really an expert and also very reasonable. I think he said he would replace one whole flight for $2,000 or $3,000\. Maybe he meant the treads and the bannister. He will also strip wood.

Just want to give my floor guy another ecommendation.  He did the upstairs floors before the new owner moved in, replacing a bullnose and adding some saddles as well.  Turned out great (again) and very reasonabkly priced   917-355-7977

He does everything.  I used him for refinishing and he had to replace missing Greek key pieces to match.  Did a great job.  They can lay new floors too.  Everything.  Very reasonable
