We’ll need to paint the basement and laundry room floor in our coop building. What would be a good paint to use? Floors do get wet sometimes, and are not perfectly even. Thanks!

most durable would be a 2 part epoxy paint made for garage floors.  You can get it at Lowes.  If you want something less smelly, go with Benjamin Moore concrete floor paint.

You can mix a little sand in with the floor paint if you want some traction.

Most basement laundry rooms have an unfinished concrete floor that can be brightened up with a simple coat of paint that is made for concrete.  I was also interested to know if anyone has a recommendation for a better paint for basement.
