Installation of mosaic flooring

I am purchasing a pre-made mosaic for installation in the entry foyer of my brownstone.  I need an old, damaged mosaic removed, the underlying floor re-plastered evenly and the new mosaic installed expertly.  Appreciate recommendations of flooring contractors who can do this job and do it well.

Sure.  I have pictures of two such jobs on my website gmcandd.com.  I see a lot of vestibules.  Many recent jobs are mechanical failures, and look terrible. Sometimes new layers are so much higher than the original floor, the doors are cut to swing over the mess. Functional, original, bronze hardware is broken or discarded.  Front doors and the spot on the floor where everyone first steps are important, yet many home owners undervalue them.  You can find me in the Brownstoner directory under tile.  – Green Mountain
