Floor Repair (for restored pine sub-floors)?

Try Carlos Salazar of Carlos Wood Floors.  He’s well known on this forum and I’ve used him for several projects but your repair work sound more like a handy man could take care of it.  In any case here is Carlos’ information – carloswoodfloors@gmail.com / 646-418-0925

We’re seeking someone who can repair restored pine sub-floors. We restored ours in our 125-yr-old brownstone since the previous owners had put yucky engineered flooring down. The sub-floors for most part are in decent condition (we sanded and stained them a pretty neutral honey type color) and look really nice but there are a few spots where the wood putty is coming up between the cracks. We’re told this is normal and we can live with that, but there’s 1 board that looks like it may not last very long (kind of cracked) and there are a few spots where we’d love to fill in the bigger gaps with wood. Who does this kind of work in Brooklyn?
