Bamboo Floor Recommendations

I know they are not equal and trying to find a good quality floor for a good price. I have the genearal understanding for the following: 1) Strand woven is the strongest, most durable 2) The bamboo should not be to young 3) Janka rating is important: there is a huge rating here and Im wondering how high it’s necessary to go to have a very durable floor. 3000+ , 5000+ ???? 4) What is the best installation method- our contractor suggests nail down, but I have read gluing is the best way. Any advice appreciated- including brands and where to buy. Thanks
