Need exterior front facade replaced

I have a 3 story brick building and had the front facade of the first floor replaced 8-9 years ago with stucco. I hate the stucco and cracks have recently been developing on it. I want to have it replaced with brick. Do I need to get an architect for this work or will it be enough to get a contractor? Any idea of the general cost? Any recommendations would be great. Thanks for any help.

you don’t need an architect. an experienced contractor can do this.

My 3-story brownstone facade was in a teribble condition a few years back. Cracks everywhere, pieces falling apart, everything was chipping off. Needed complete brownstone restoration. After going through a bunch of contractors and research I hired Shaiful and his company. They did a great job, my brownstone is holding up beautifully. I didnt need an architect but I’m sure if you do they can affilate you with one.They are reachable at 1347-474-7109.

I had a similar job done 5-6 years ago but i had a brownstone facade and the stones were falling off. I hired a general contractor who had an engineer so didn’t need an architect. call excellent contracting 718-502-4414 and mention louie from from scakett st. cost me over 40k.
