Planning for cable & phone connections on back wall

Cable & phone lines now run from all floors down to the basement, and i want to get some sort of panel onto the rear wall of the house so that cable & telcos can just “patch” their feeds into each apartment right there.  The aim is to expoit the new walls jacks and keep the rear wall clean, rather than let these utliity guys dangle cables all over the place and drill random holes in window sills. Looking for suggestions & ideas from anyone who knows how this should be done so that Cablevision & Verizon are happy working with it.
