Attorney Needed for Small Coop

The solo attorney that originally did our coop conversion is now in his late 70s and has become unresponsive to our occasional needs. We’re looking for recommendations to replace him. However as a 10 unit coop our budget is not unlimited. Looking for some recommendations. Thank you!

For what purpose? Transfers of shares/sales? Collections? Are you professionally Managed or self managed? What neighborhood? All of these questions will effect realistic referrals.
