We wrapping up our renovation of a 3-story home in Crown Heights. At the end of the job , we made a few changes to the plans and got a post approval amendment approved through our architect. Our general contractor for the project has pretty much disappeared and closed his company. So we need a new contractor who can renew the permit so that we can close out the job. There is not really any work to do, since the plan changes were all completed before. Thanks!
