Block and Lot file at the DOB -- feasibility of conversion

I have seen this done where the store becomes part of a duplex of 1st and 2nd floor.  I think it is fairly common.  Go to BoroHall and get the hard copy file.  Or, try calling Scott Schnall – they may have your file in the office – they did for me. He can probably walk you through what you would need to do in order to change it.

Am looking to negotiate with seller on a property, and trying to evaluate feasibility of converting a 2fam+store in M1-2 zoning into a strict 2-family. How can I get the Block and Lot file at the DOB for this property? There is nothing at all on the DOB website. Looking for CofO and any relevant info that DOB may have.
