Construction/Refinance Loan for Mix Use Property

30yr fixed rates are difficult to come by on commercial/mixed use properties. Most if not all will be ARM’s. 15yr fixed rates are available though, but payments are much higher due to the shortened amortization.  -Adam Dahill

Sorry i can’t answer your question specifically but i looked up a mixed use property that recently closed and they used B of A.  I am guessing it was direct and there was no broker, it was a 2 fam + retail ground level.
