How Does Forum Work?

How am I supposed to see answers by others to existing queries? Do I have an Explorer option set incorrectly? When I click on inquiry, I go to that question’s page, but I see no other answers,just a blank page and at the bottom a dialogue box for a reply should I want to make one. What am I doing wrong, or is any one else having the same issue?

You probably can’t see this, but the forum answers seem to work for a little while, and then they go blank again.

OP here. I noticed that if I view a forum question from within the link on th ehome page, the resulting page DOES show the existing comments, and the look and feel of the page is different. Because I am unable to view any replies to this query (I can see the first few words of the first reply in th emain forum page), if you have an answer to my issue please create a new question, as I am able to read the initial quetsons (just not any replies)
