Registration of boiler

It’s natural gas. Converted from oil in 2009.
The gross output is 483,000Btu. Unsure of input.

The burner (Midco RE4700BA) is rated for the range 230,000-505,000Btu. DEP site seems to say all boilers. But you seem to think that’s not so. Where can I find this stated on DEP site? Thanks.

DEP has a new online boiler registration system, CATS.  Most of the questions are basic but some are not like: what is radial distance of chimney? There is a button to click for more info but it doesn’t really help. I’m not sure that I’ve registered my boiler before but perhaps it was registered annually as part of boiler inspection. So far this year I haven’t had a boiler inspection due to some delays relating to switching insurance carrier.  Does anyone know if this registration is usually taken care of by boiler inspectors? If not any suggestions as to who might assist in registration…? Thanks.

Is your boiler working on oil and has 350,000 btu input or more? If not this registration is not for you.
