Recommending our builder, architect, and structural engineer

We are super pleased with the results of our recent partial renovation of our 100+ year old home, and just want to recommend most highly all three of the professionals who helped us (with whom we have no connection other than that of satisfied clients). The builder — Marek Krulasik of M&N Services Inc. of NY, a fully licensed small – medium sized GC firm. Marek was the lowest bidder of three, and the guy who asked the best questions on walk through. They did a substantial amount of plaster work beautifully, and two total bathroom renovations, which then led us to discover the need for structural shoring up in our basement. Marek and his guys handled whatever came up and did a great job on all. They were energetic, professional, careful, and courteous throughout — and we were resident throughout the project! Our architects, Abby Banker and Jennifer Cramm of YMD Studios, were also exceptional in every way. They gave us beautiful design work and invaluable advice on the structural repairs especially. And we adore the structural engineer Sheldon Pulaski, who has great experience with old Brooklyn structures, and gave us a terrific review and plan for our structural needs. Thank you, All.
