plumbing work done that was not on the plan

Got the plumbing write off on the C of O. Plan inspector came and noticed there was additioanl plumbing work done but it wasn’t on the plan. How do I get that plumbing put on the plan without reopening the plumbing write off? I can’t get the old plumber back to issue an LAA. Any advice? Trying to get a C of O.

I agree. Seems easier to remove it and then put it in correctly later. I wouldn’t need the plumber to fill out any forms to remove it, since, it wasn’t supposed to be on the plan right? Thanks.

You will have a problem if this was all self certified as the PAA will generate an inspection and since it is closed up if the inspector shows up they may require it to be opened to see the rough connections.

Most likely, you can revise your plans and the Schedule B, but will have to file a Post Approval Amendment, get it approved, and then you should be okay. Plan inspector will probably need to see the approval, and may even have to come back out to inspect. I don’t think you need the plumber to be involved.
