Looking for a good architect

I’m looking for a good, Brownstone architect who has experience dealing with the DOB.  I have been given the following names:
Magne Korsnes Willy Zambrano Clay Miller Alexander Stoltz Does anyone have any experience with these architects?  Would appreciate any advice.
