ISO Seismic consultant b/c of next door construction

The building next door to us is doing all sorts of illegal renovations and excavations, though they are now seeking permits.  We’ve been advised to have a seismic consultant come and take thorough pictures of our building.  Anyone have any experience with this or recommendations for companies that do this?
