We worked with them on a renovation of our 4 storey single family brick row house which we converted to a legal two family.  Final configuration is an owner’s triplex about a garden rental.  Work was completeld in 2002\.  Work included a relocation of the kitchen from the rear of the parlor to the center, widening of some door openings, expansion of one bathroom, and installation of new electric, interior water and sewer lines, new gas boiler to replace oil and installation of central AC in the triplex.  It was a very positive experience.  They are great at maintaining the integrity of a historic house (no soffets) while understanding the needs of a modern family.  They were very strong in providing ideas as we struggled with how to reconfigure the parlor floor.  They also provided day to day oversight of the GC.  If you want to discuss in greater detail email me at nyc372(at)hotmail(dot)com
