architect or engineer to review roof hatch plan

I am on the board of my co-op in a brownstone, and I need to find someone to spend a few hours to review the plans an owner has submitted to make sure the installation of the hatch is safe. Does anyone know anybody who could do this simple review? (engineer or architect I guess)  thanks!
