Anyone have a good Alarm Contractor who works on DSC equipment?

Hi, my alarm guy passed away and the guy who took over is not answering calls or coming to do a job. I’m looking to add a network communication module and GSM module for monitoring to an existing DSC Panel. Should be easy but I can’t find anyone in NYC who does DSC. I’m in Manhattan if it makes a difference. Thanks!
