I'm searching for a condo in a new development priced under 300K alcove studio or 1 bedroom.

I currently live in the _Boerum Hill _section of Brooklyn.  I’ve been paying rent in this location for far to long for something that isn’t ever going to be mine.  So I’m intrested in buying a condo. I’ve put in an offer on a condo in **Crown heights** and even went into contract. The deal fell through to lack of other units selling.  Right now I need some assistance in finding something new withing **300K** range.  Which I know isn’t much.   Does anyone know of new delepotments with condo units around that price range?

Yes, there are condos in Bed Stuy for about $300,000 for two bedrooms. There’s one on Chauncey and Thomas Boyland close to the J Chauncey train and opposite a beautiful park.
